Check the EE out, you can get a Colt take off or a gently used one fairly inexpensively

Are you sure it has an A2 FSB and not an F marked FSB? They're different heights and require different carry handles (MIL-Spec or Commercial spec).
Seems like it would have an F marked FSB if it's a factory built upper. |

It does indeed have an "F" mark and is a "16 inch barrel

i found a colt carry handle today at a gunshow for $3, was in pretty good condition so i went for it.
Also got a bunch of older colt bolts for $25 each and a few colt marked usgi mags for $7 each. i think i did pretty good

I have a detachable carry handle however I don't know if it commercial of military spec. how do you tell? or what the difference in height?
