The M845 2.5x is a low magnification Night Vision Rifle Scope. This awesome new scope is a red dot night vision device that allows for extremely fast target acquisition especially because of the 2.5x magnification which offers a generous field of view. It utilizes a new production, U.S.-made Gen2 SHP (Super High Performance) Image Intensifier tube. These tubes are phenomenal and are as close to Gen3 as you are going to get without paying the Gen3 price. The M845 2.5x is one of the best options for the predator/ hog hunter. It is very intuitive, mounts to Milspec 1913 Picatinny rail, and features a robust, machined aluminum housing. Controls are simple: focus, diopter adjustment, and a single knob that controls power and red dot brightness. These are some of the best value night vision scopes on the market. I was just asking concerning future upgrades and compatibility. So it was revised back from 4x to 2.5x?

Had to call em like I see em' and L3 overstepped their magnification specification.  The good news with this new 2.5x, this version has an adjustable objective lens for far field adjustments unlike the 1x which did not. Thanks.
