This definitely isn't the strap locking OEG mount.  But does anyone know anything about this?  Saw it on Ebay and figured it was worth the little I paid for it.

Carry handle mounting, peep hole drilled through, so you can still use iron sights.  The top of it is a concave curve, and it's only got two slots for ring screws.  

The box says Armson Scope Mount, but the sticker on it says "Trijicon, Inc."  Looks 70's or early 80's to me.

Any interesting history here? Or just a random commercial mount?

The strap mount was for the Single Point Sight as used during the Son Tay raid not Armson OEG.

Trijicon imported and distributed  Armson products in the 1980's.
