Yeah, I watched for 2 or 3 months for them to come back in stock it seems. Before I decided to buy one, they were in stock every week!

Got a BCG and Magpul D60 (traded the drum for my DD sights) on one of their deals as well.

Added some folding BUIS today. :)

I'm doing a mk18 mod 0 pistol build like that. Is the overall length long enough for a vfg?

I have 2 AR pistols with the Maxim CQB Brace. One a DD MK18 and the other a LMT MRP CQB with a 10.5in barrel. Neither even comes close to that length with the brace collapsed. In fact, the 10.5in LMT MRP is 25 inches with the brace in it's shortest position.

My first ever AR in what I believe to be it's final iteration. After building about 7-10 other ARs I definitely would have done a couple things differently given a chance to start over, but I still enjoy this little guy. Also my only 100% ambi AR.

She did used to wear an sb15, but I just decided to forego the whole brace "legality" issue and go with the KAK extended buffer tube.

yep, and in the same statement they said "if you have a vfg and a brace you must remove the vfg before the brace so it does not become and aow".
