Anyone tried a Grendel from Rainier? Had great luck with the ultramatch line and looking serious at their Grendel. THANKS

I read where a few posters bought Saber defense barrels and uppers from Rainer and they were satisfied. Maybe others users will chime in.

Was hoping they'd have those barrels on sale today. Any idea what contour the barrel is? Rainier just says proprietary.

The contour is very similar to that of our other Rainier Arms UltraMatch barrels.

It's a Shilen barrel, a couple different changes from what Shilen does for AA. The 1/9 twist that AA sells and Midway shoots very well. So I don't think you'll have a problem if you go that route. I'm considering there barrel and 1 from Precision Firearms
