i guess i got hosed mine have alot of play where the lower ring half is connects to the base that has the throw lever mounted. The play is in that joint where those two pieces are connected via dovetail and a pin.

Totally badass.. And let me compliment you on being one of the few to have a Gen I PRI forearm- I know it isn't functionally better than 2 or 3 but for "authenticity" you get major points..

took it out to the range today....it is very quiet, and damn accurate!

I sighted in and was ringing gongs out to 550 yards with ease.

used Black hills 75 grain, it jived up almost perfect with the M3 62 grain cam

I am very happy with this stick.

I have one on my 338 Spectre:

not sure why you think I would put one on a mil-spec bulid....

Because it is adjustable and nearly as strong? I know it isn't "milspec", I was just making an observation of what I do if I had that rifle.

Got out and shot this weekend....

this is the first time I have tried to video and edit, ever!! so dont bust my ball, please

The Target is a steel I-beam 11X8 at 700 yards...the field is at the junction of 5 canyons making it a real bitch to shoot if the wind is up...it was gusting between 10-15 mph left to right at the target, and blowing right in my face where I was shooting...I hit about 70%...the clip shows 6 out of 10 Hits...tuff shooting conditions but that is what makes it fun!

Hope you enjoy!!

Exactly!

I'll retire here in Texas after my ETS from Army. Go home to visit family in Minnesota minus my toys.

My SPR needs to have the Ops model 12 with it to keep the ZEN....lol

You can hear and see the wind in the "target" video.

Man that is some good shooting!

Is that a milspec grip?

according to multiple resources and the 2 Mk12s I saw in country, yes the Ergo grip is Milspec....

the A1 grip, A2 grip, and Ergo Grip are all used one the MK12 Mod0 and Mk12 Mod1

I have seen the following stocks in service too, A1, A2, M4, and I have seen the Mod 1 with the Crane SOPMOD....
