I've had the Larue mount so long now that I honestly can't remember if I noticed a difference in weight. I will say that the mount as a whole is far superior to the QRP mount. It's definitely worth the upgrade. |

I know the grip is FDE but it doesn't match the rest. Sexy rifle none-the-less |

I had a weapon done in FDE, and instead of doing the standard color, they went with something else. It looks great, but if I swap the receivers with other weapons it looks like yours posted above. |

I have had this one for a few years. It has probably been posted here a hundred or so pages back with maybe a different barrel or something... The Brownell's Aluma-Hyde is getting banged up a bit around the edges, but the rifle still works good.

Lower went out with my mega build posted earlier to get cerakoted in Magpul FDE. I had the intentions of sending off the upper to be assembled by Ayan at Boltcarrier, but when I test fitted the rail to the upper, the rail timed perfectly, so I decided to save myself some money and assemble it myself and paint it with some old aluma hyde I had to get the colors close. I use it as my pig rifle around the vineyard and it rides in the back of the Polaris, so the tan keeps it from getting too hot. |
