With the new reg looming regarding trusts, I wanted to get at least one more suppressor in the works before it came into effect.  It just so happened, that the funds became available sooner than expected and I was off to search the interwebz for "THE" can for my precision 6.5 Creedmoor...  After a ton of calls leaving messages and emails...  Enter Quiet Riot Firearms.  Being around the time of SHOT, I was surprised to receive such a FAST response.  I guess Chris pulled the short straw and had to keep the shop under control.  I'm very glad he did.  Fast responses to all my questions led to a order of a TBAC 6.5 Ultra 7!

After the initial order, and me being a suppressor newbie, I had a fait share of questions and concerns.  Chris, and after SHOT, Jake were always there with a fast, informative response.  My form 3 had been in the system for a while, and my SOT had yet to receive the can.  By the time I emailed this morning, Jake had already taken it upon himself to call and check status...  It took all of 5 minutes to get a response from Jake with a status report.  All is well!  My F3 was approved and the F4 should be good to go!

This kind of customer support, before AND after the sale is truly amazing!  This was my first transaction with QRF and if the situation presents itself...  It won't be my last!
