It is not my pic, it's actually a stripped upper and lower in one pic and the reverse side of the lower in another. I have contacted PSA and they are looking into it! It's on Armslist and I have contacted the seller but I doubt I will ever hear from them.

OP - Please check your PMs.
Serial numbers for the same model do not repeat. After verification, the serial numbers in question are different. |

Who's the seller that has your duplicate? That way we know who to avoid.
