LaRue Tactical LT752 Offset QD Mount for SureFire Scout WeaponLights
LINK The ultimate low-profile QD mount for Surefire Scout users. Over the past few years, the Surefire Scout series of lights have become very popular, especially in the LE community. Many of these lights are being used on lightweight, low-profile carbines. Keeping this in mind, we designed the LT752 to position a Scout light as close to the weapon as possible, while at the same time putting the light in optimum position for thumb activation while holding the rifle "at the ready". When positioned forward on the left, the mount does not interfere with operation of Troy front sights. The LT752 features LaRue's patented locking speed-lever, which is infinitely adjustable to any MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail. The LT752 is designed to interface with any Surefire Scout series weapon light, and comes complete with mounting hardware, QD adjustment wrench, vial of blue Loctite and instructions. Will it be available for a right hand light mount position as well under a different sku?

Will it be available for a right hand light mount position as well under a different sku? Seems like you could just turn the mount either way you wanted and put the flashlight thru the rings. |

You looking for any product testers. I promise to use and write a review. Post pics the whole 9 yards.

If one is using the KM2 Vampire head, will the head clear the rail?
Will a PEQ2 or PEQ15 have clearance over the scout light (w/ or w/o the Vampire head? |

I have a Scout light (M620C) that has the M93 throw lever mount. Will this work to replace the throw lever?

Now if you were an avid Facebook user (ugh), you would have known this much earlier yesterday.
I thought we would always be first...guess those darn Facebook friends rate higher than us lowly arfcom pukes. What's that saying –– "Bro's before h..." –– oh nevermind. Yeah yeah yeah, darn Fingar is smart when it comes to effective marketing techniques, I get it. |

Wow, talk about the perfect light position. This soooo needs to be made for the E Series!

Quoted: The mount is designed to tuck the light so close to the rail that putting it on the right side may not work with all rail-mounted folding front sights (the Troy hangs an extra 1/8" off to the right, and gets in the way of the Mini, and standard-length needs to be positioned back a few slots). If you have handguards that are wider than LaRue handguards (ours being 2" wide, many are wider than ours), your mileage may vary...and may fit just fine. It works perfectly with fixed sights, either side. Also works perfectly on either side when mounting on OBR handguards. http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y44/mfingar/LT752-01.jpg As for PEQ's and other lasers...the LT752, most-likely will get in the way...it depends on the handguard (works well on both OBRs). I'd like to see how this fits mounted behind the front BUIS on the top rail (light reversed in the mount, still along the left side) with a muzzle-on view and the BUIS up–– so the lever is totally out of the way of the reaction hand and the light is just a little higher relative to the barrel due to the top rail height. |

It's great to live in TX huh! |

Has Larue considered using this layout with a second mounting point on the flat (where it says Larue) to put a second light at 6:00. I was runnng a single light in a similar location and really liked how low profile it was. I am now running two lights in the dual Larue mount and miss the position of the original a bit. something like this with a second mounting position would be just about perfect (modular also).

Will these light mounts work with a Surefire 6P flashlight or down the road one will be made to accomadate the 6Ps?
Or is there just not enough room to make them work? thanks |
|
|
Wow. I suspect making that chart took some time. Thanks Mark!

From my experience using other Scout light mounts that tuck the light close to the rail, you maximize your mounting options if you use a KAC micro front BUIS. Of course, it doesn't hurt that the KAC unit is also a great iron sight.

Any pics showing clearance with a PEQ-15? On a standard AR15 handguard, it will not clear a PEQ15 (and was not designed to)...however, the PEQ-15 does clear the Scout on an OBR, which has a raised top rail. |

Anyone have a weight on these? Interested as well for weight of both M600C and M300 with LT mount and batteries. |
|
I didn't see the tan ones on the website.
Do you have them ? |
|
love the offset mount
Now, can we get a short piece of rail that will mount on it? I have been wanting something like this, buy a pair of them to mount a front and rear offset BUIS with. Be great for shooting under the car or fence at 3 gun competitions. |

Request. Will you PLEASE make these for the M951...?... +1!! Would be in for 2 of em |
|
I wished the lever locked in the opposite direction, then it would work better for the way I grip. That is the only thing holding me back. I suppose re-tooling for that would not make much sense, but in any case I think this mount would benefit from the change, and make it more versatile.
ETA: I know, I am being picky |
