Is there a strickly Larue picture thread? I haven't found one picture that Mark took that is disappointing. If there isn't one, I think there should be. Just pictures.

Bought this 16” with the atlas bipod and DMRii in an OBR mount. Plus the roll up bag and tools. Was shocked to see it on my gun shops wall in small town Oregon Attached File

View Quote Mark did a shit load of testing with 300blk, trying to meet the 1 moa accuracy guarantee that Larue famous for, and was never able to fully achieve those results. At one point I remember him posting that “what do you expect for an over inflated pistol round” I’m guessing that was probably a good reason why they never grabbed 300blk and really ran with it. |

^^^ Good info. Thank you! 300bo supers make a handy hunting rifle IMO. I get the MOA accuracy though.

Got my 18” 7.62 PredatOBR last week. I was really surprised getting a notification that it was on its way after only a month. Though they don’t truely know how long it will take, I asked them to give me a guess how long it would take. I was given a 4 month estimate. So I’m happy with the 1 month. Will be taking it to the range in a few days. Waiting on a back up red dot so it can be sighted in too. I will be ordering a Surefire suppressor here soon too.

Finally got the OBR to the range today to zero. Factory scope setting was pretty far off so had about 18 rounds getting it settled before switching to gold medal match 168gr. She’s a shooter. Probably my best group I’ve ever shot. If my calculations are right it’s .209 MOA on this one. Only got 5 groups in before needing to be somewhere, all were sub-MOA.
.209 MOA if my calculation is correct. 3 rounds at 100 yards. Attached File Attached File |
