CMMG did make this right, however I had to call them mulitple times about the carry handle. I would say CMMG has great customer service, if you get the right person on the phone (someone who know's AR's), but otherwise, you might find yourself talking to someone on the phone that has no idea what you are talking about, and hopefully they transfer your call to someone with more experience.
The problem I had with my order was that they originally sent me the wrong gun. I ordered a 14.7" M4 with A2 birdcage, they sent me a 14.5" with phantom flash suppressor. They made this problem right the first day I called, I sent them back the entire upper, they sent me the new one, except without the carry handle. I had to call about 4 times on 4 different days to finally get someone who took care of my problem. The others took my info, but apparently never sent the item to me. Once I did get through to someone that could help me, it took 2 days for it to arrive in the mail. CMMG ships pretty quick.
All things considered, I would recommend CMMG. I love everything about my m4, and it was well worth the wait. I am thankful they took care of all my problems, as I'm sure other manufacturers may not have done so.
