Think this is a weird mistake in processing, misprinted bag, or a non windowed got out in a windowed bag? I honestly don’t own a single non windowed mag to compare it to and just found it when I was going through a box of stuff.

Left mag looks normal windowed, right mag is supposed to be windowed, but solid
