Hello all -

Am new to the AR15 world in general.  Have been a long time hunter and owned numerous hunting rifles, pistols, shotguns but never stepped foot into the AR realm before.  Recently I won a DelTon Echo 316 MOE at a shoot and just received it today.  Have been trying to do my due diligence in research and appears DelTon is a very good entry level rifle to get started with, so I'm quite pleased about that.

Going through the catalog that came with the rifle was quite overwhelming, as far as accessories/addons go.  Any recommendations on a good place to start with what sights, etc. are compatible with certain rails?  Look forward to learning more about the AR community and the rifle itself.

Congratulations on your new Del-ton Rifle. Please make sure you register for lifetime warranty on our website. Since you have a MOE rifle I would suggest sticking with Magpul accessories. Depending on the length of a rail mount you can choose from any of the Magpul MOE Polymer rail sections which can be found on page 60 in the catalog. The MOE rifle has an F-marked front sight base so it is compatible with any of the flip up rear sights, optics, or detachable carrying handle. If you wanted to use a Magpul rear sight I would suggest the MBUS or MBUS Pro Rear sight. The MBUS rear sight can be found on page 46 in our catalog. The MBUS Pro is a new item and you can find it on the website by typing in ST1052 in our search engine.
