and I am really hoping to get out there with my bow this season.    I haven't shot my bow or even picked it up in months.  I do have access to a crossbow but I am hoping that lowering the weight on my bow will help me ease back in.

The Doc just cleared me of most restrictions but I am still a bit anxious.   I had a cervical discectomy and fusion.  Any one else have any similar experience with this type of recovery?
