My Dad and I threw our nets a few weeks ago. We didn't have as much success as we would have liked, but it was still a lot of fun. I caught 7 in a single throw at 2:24 in the video.

I'm jealous, I'm terrible at throwing a net - I throw a lot of bananas

Were you fishing for bait or food? Hard to tell what the fish were. Mullet?

The flounder was the only thing I saw worth eating. But the closer you get to the Florida panhandle, people eat mullet down there.

Bull sharks will come grab what you have in the net on your belt. They're not picky about grabbing a mouthful of leg either.
