Don't get the one with the clear curly tubing and the little round transducer piece. The tubing eventually gets hard, due to your funky earwax, hot/cold changes, humidity, and ear moisture. It then gets all quiet, watery, and crackly
I bought this one after burning through two of those. It's lasted years beyond what they did. Lots of guys I work with praise the PCL stuff. I've got a very nice Surefire listen-only.
I just today mailed off impressions from a hearing aid doc to a lab to have a custom earpiece made. Everything I've bought off the shelf gets ripped out after 20 minutes. I've been without one for a long time. Gonna give it one more try with a earpiece made to fit my ear exactly. |
