I have a M-14 Norinco and well it has a fake flash suppressor attached. Is there anyway that I will be able to attach a real one in the future legally?

It may be possible already.  The flash suppressor is a fake because the M14S is an imported rifle.  If you install enough US parts for the rifle to be considered 'domestic', then you could remove the fake hider, and add a real flash hider, but would have to grind the bayonet lug off, and make sure it's not 22mm in outer diameter, somehow.

Because the M14S has no pistol grip, it is allowed its one 'evil feature' under the 94 AW ban - but is prohibited from having a flash hider while it's still considered an import.
