TUKWILA - A suspect in the fatal shooting of Officer Tim Brenton was shot by police in Tukwila after officers followed a tip to an apartment there Friday afternoon.
Investigators had been looking for an early 80s model Datsun 210. A suspected car was found at the scene, under a tarp. Arson/Bomb Squad investigators were on the scene to examine the car.
A second man was taken into custody about 4:30, but police did not immediately specify if he was involved in a crime. Murphy said aside for the man who was shot, there were suspects in custody or still at large in the shooting of Brenton or his partner.

Job well done.  It is too bad an Officer had to lose their life though.
