Page 10 of the manual you received with the weapon.
4. No liability whatever can be accepted if inexpertly manufactured or inexpertly filled ammunitionis used. All liability whatever is excluded in the event of these instructions not being observed. FACTORY FRESH AMMUNITION!!! Is it that hard? A Glock, while a reliable tool is meant to be used a certain way. Using hand-loads are like trying to screw a 3" deck screw with a plum level. At least she wasn't harmed for your stupidity. |

glocks are dangerous, send your glocks to me for safe disposal

It wasn't the reloads. That was JMB's ghost just having a little fun.

Reloads, aftermarket barrel, and a suppressor, yep, definitely glock's design flaw.

That's what happens when ya try to make a gun out of plastic!

Well everytime I start missing my G21 that I sold back in 1993 I see one of these posts.
Now I'm back to not missing it again. Thanks !!! |

Guns can be replaced.
Glad to hear she's ok Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

This is obviously a member of the 1911 Mafia trying to pose as a Glock owner in an effort to undermine the Glock reputation as the finest handgun ever invented. I bet the OP loaded the 9mm cartridge with a small charge of C-4 hoping to cause complete destruction to the firearm. Unfortunately for him, like most 1911 Mafia members he was unaware of just how extremely durable Glock pistols are.

This... as much as I am not a fan of Glock, I have owned them, shot them, worked on them, and many friends have them... and no problems. That being said, I am glad she was not hurt. I hope it didnt scare her to ever shoot another gun again. |

why did you let the girlfriend shoot a glock? Are you trying to kill her? Wait.... don't answer that.

Wow, I've only been reloading since I was 12 years old. Subsonics are great with the silencer. I admitted it could be my fault but how do you double charge with a progressive? The bullet hit the target and didn't damage the silencer. |
|
I think Glocks have a problem, which is why I won't touch one in calibers not beginning and ending in 9. But I don't think this has anything to do with the gun. That is a simple case failure - gas vented, no major injuries. The gun barely looks damaged. Get a new extractor, a new trigger, and rock on.

can't say shit about an unsupported chamber on this one.
i would go with bad reload. |
|
Oh Man,
Put down your guns and quit reloading until you can do it right. YOU will hurt someone. |

I'm pretty sure every gun manufacturer says not to use reloads. |

I use reloads in my handguns, but I take 100% responsibility for everything that happens with them. Reloading can be VERY dangerous, which is why I always inspect my ammo (weight) to make sure I haven't double charged them.

And let me be the first to say...thats pretty unusal and rare!

Using 9mm?
Actually I'm a little concerned since I go with 9mm. |
