Well, anyone that's studied Political Science in College knows that when a President's Approval rating starts out above their 'popular vote' win percentage that it naturally will come down to average levels that roughly reflect their win percentage during the election, looks like the Liberal is now leveling off from his above win percentage approval rating.  He's still way above average, maybe one day our leaders will quit trying to destroy our party and get us some voters back...their 'Rebel Rousing' techniques haven't been working at all for the last 3 elections...and the Libs keep gaining votes each year, especially with the hundreds of thousands of kids turning 18 each year...they mostly vote straight Democratic:   http://www.gallup.com/poll/121880/Obama-Gets-High-Marks-Leadership-Empathy.aspx

Yes, but the scary thing is that factually BHO's numbers are mirroring those of Ronald Reagan, Reagan's numbers dropped the same amount in the same time frame.  It's not really a 'spin', anyone that's studied Political Science in College knows that if you have a higher approval rating than your win percentage that they will fall and level off.  Our party leaders need to find a new path fast, or the next couple of elections will end up like the last 3...talk is cheap.

Rasmussen polls a much older crowd.  Remember when they told us that McCain would win the election??...and then the Liberal won by 7% which is massive in Politics.  Rasmussen is 'feel good' polling, Gallup was much more accurate.

It's called "rabble rousing". I'm not sure who you're referring to, or what country you're referring to, but in the Unied States the republican party loses elections because they're playing a game of cricket while the democrats are in a street fight with knives and chains.

Yeah, Whizzer, it must be the climbing unemployment numbers that are propping up Dear Leader's popularity. The recent race baiting Barry indulged in recently with the Cambridge police will not help him much. Health care legislation is bogging down and become more unpopular as people are able to read more what is actually in the bills. Any attempt at a second stimulus ought to about do the fool in.  He is self-destructing before our eyes with his radical hate America, Marxist, race baiting ways.

He promised to to reduce taxes, but just increased trillions in spending
He promised to reform healthcare, but is only making it worse, much worse

Way above average?

Obamas job approval rating for last week was 10th out of the last 12 Presidents at this point in their terms. After this week he may be number 12, His poll numbers in fact are below average and falling like a rock and his confused news conference and sticking his nose in where it did not belong this week ain't going to help.
