As some of you all know, I am in a VERY bad marriage and trying to find a way out.....I have a place to live as of December 21 but I NEED to get out within 2 weeks......I am trying to find a place to hang my hat for a month but I am finding that no one allows pets.  Anyone in the New River Valley of Virginia, Roanoke area, or Martinsville area know anyone that could rent me a garage, basement, room ect. along with my dog.  I also should say that I never leave my dog by herself....she goes to work with me and when I am home she usually laysdown at my feet, she is also very well house broken.  I am willing to pay up to $550 for the month. Just rent an apartment and keep the dog under wraps for the month. If you did get found out it would take longer to get you out then a month anyway. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

Can't you rent a trailer there for a bit? I'll bet you can get someone to let you have the dog with double damage deposit & the rent wouldn't be much more than $250-300.
