Or almost. All I have to do is transfer a 5000.00 balance to Visa and maintain a minimum balance of 3500.00 for 18 months at 9.99%.
Now, if I don't have 5000.00 to transfer (that would be me) I could take a 2500.00 cash advance. Hmmmm. But that would only get me to 2500.00. Guess I'll pass. Damn, and I was pre-approved, too.

Adequate proof to me that Dell thinks their prospective customers are 100% pure idiot. That and the fact that my last Dell notebook was a POS will assure they never get a penny from me. Watch Dell go tits up now!
