Is there an online guide somewhere to shooting posture and other technique.  Seeing as I've had my AR for only a month, and aside from that I've had only BB guns, I'm thinking something like that might do me some good.

I dont know about online, but I'd suggest finding an outdated Military training manual at a gunshow or surplus/gunshop. These could have lots of useful techniques for you to practice.
