You tell a guy 6'1" 220 lb guy 2 is the limit on his 5 hr flight while he is siting in the middle seat of coach class.

For every perceived problem about which Feinstein has anything to say, she proffers a "solution" that invariably involves the government taking choices away from people.  The only way she sees to "protect" people from themselves is to take away more freedom.

It's ALREADY against FAA regulations for a flight attendant to serve an alcoholic beverage to a person who apears to be intoxicated.  A person's ability to handle alcohol is generally correlated with body weight.  Men can generally handle more than women (weight being equal).  Some individuals can gulp down six drinks in quick succession and remain civil; a few can't handle even one.  A typical liberal One Size Fits None solution for a problem that wouldn't even exist if people obeyed existing rules and regulations.

I've spent enough nonproductive time in airports and on planes to know that sometimes getting a little inebriated is one of the best things a passenger can do.  And it's a matter of FREEDOM above all else.

I hope more Democrats jump ship because of this one.
