Yes, ladies, gentlemen, and those who reside in Ed's Bear Pit, it's true.
Sp1Grrl and I got married on the day of my 10,000th posting, a few weeks back, but
as Sarge was our wedding photographer, it is easy to understand WHY it is that we had to wait
several weeks to get our wedding pics back.
After all, this IS Sarge we're talking about.
As you can see, my marriage to Sp1Grrl is a "proper" southern wedding, meaning that
the bride isn't "showing" yet, but her pa's shotgun is clearly in evidence.
Jasondcrum could not be reached for comment, as he was "tied up" at the time and seemed
to be unwilling to "speak now or forever hold his piece", due in small part to some constructive
advice given him by my distant cousins Vito and Luca and their "little friends".
So what do I think of my new bride?
Well, she's a bit skittish whenever she sees a game camera or any combination of bathrooms
and flashing light sources. Fortunately, the tremors she gets seem to pass if you rub her belly
for about an hour or so...which isn't an unpleasant gig in its own right, as long as you can avoid
getting clocked by a flailing appendage that's still in spasm.
Post-traumatic stress disorder, anyone?
We do have a problem I'm working on, though. A "marital issue". Hers is bigger than mine!
I am referring to the size of our respective gun collections, of course.
After action wedding night report....I'm sorry, I just can't say much about that. I can't type
that much until my strength returns.
Let's just say that I won't ever look at a variety
of commonplace household items in quite the same way ever again.
As for what I'm planning next for my new bride....I can't say right now as there are guns lying
about and I'm not that much of a risk taker.
