Fourchon is wiped out and the nation tumbles? What about the Port of Houston, one of the largest ports in the US?

ETA: Well, now there is fog. By the way, the CG does not determine if the channel is open or closed due to fog. That determination is made by the number 1 Pilot on rotation. And large ships pass everyday on the Houston Ship channel. They do a manouver called "The Texas Chicken."
