Where do I go for the best price on this item.  I purchased a nib colt M4A3 upper w/out bolt and carrier.  I purchased a new colt bolt and carrier assembly elsewhere but think I will need a bolt latch.  Sorry, I may be using wrong terminology.  I have not received any of the above yet.  Where do I go for this part for best price and is it called a latch?  Thanks group.

I meant to say Charging Handle.  Does Colt mark theirs and where to go for it.  Also, is it worth getting anything other than the standard charging handle.
