I've got an early production Springfield Armory Model 1903 in very good condition. The stock has a "circle P" on the bottom and a Fed. Eagle- left side. It was rebarelled with a 10/42. It is a VietNam bring back (w/ papers). It has an obvious Chinese refinish (not buffed too badly). What should I do?

1. Restore to original U.S.G.I. condition. I know there are firms that specialize in replicating this finish.

2. Preserve it as a unique piece of VietNam war history.

3. Since it really does not have a place in my collection, sell it. If so What do you think it is worth?

Thanks in advance. I am posting this here because I know there is a lot of Knowledgeable people on this site.
