Hi guys, I followed the forum for years bur never made a post. I got sidetracked for a couple of years but am back. I remember a few names like Troy, tree top, and Eric the Hun. Thanks to you, I stocked up before the kali ban went into effect. I still am confused why the constitution does not apply here. I like this site because you don't have to worry about any PC crap.

It does apply in Kalifornia. It's just simply ignored and torn up by Socialist pigs. People who could care less about freedom and are more concerned about giving people a false sense of security.

They can have more restrictive rules, but they cannot overstep the bounds of their authority as laid out in the Constitution. If I had my own state, I couldn't make a law forcing people to house at least one National Guardsmen in their house, while impounding their car because I someday dream of having more cars than Jay Leno.

The Bill of Rights applies to the National Government. Unless and until an Amendment is "Incorporated" as applying to lower government levels it doesn't.

The First has been incorporated, the Second (4th and 5th and maybe a few others) hasn't. This is why you see different states having different gun laws, different search & seizure laws, voter registration laws, and so on. States Rights and that sort of thing.
