Store bought drinks like Muscle Milk, Ensure, etc. What would happen if that’s all you had for a month provided you kept your calorie count under 2000? Also taking supplements.
You would be tough.
You'd spend a small fortune on nasty protein drinks?
Diarrhea and maybe lose 5lbs.
A lot of that "store bought" drinks are nothing but high sugar, high HFC not much better for you than chocolate milk, Yoo Hoo or pop. Now if you're talking mixing your own protein whey powder, with skim milk, then I think you may get some positive results of high protein, low carb diet. |

You might have the stankest farts on arfcom and that is saying something...

You'd lose weight and piss out your butthole. Probably have some serious chafing and a sore asscrack.

Opposite of Diarrhea, tiny hard turds and constipation.

No supplements?
I'd assume you'd feel like complete shit lol |
I'm more curious what you think might happen...

Isopure zero carb strawberries and cream if available, if you're lifting hard, you will need some meat, minimal carbs if you're craving them.

You would end up with massive toilet paper bills and might find it more cost effective to just gush liquid protein shit out your ass while you shower. Wouldn't even need to waffle stomp.

I did it, maybe not for a month though. I was deeply depressed and hadn’t been eating, if I tried to eat I didn’t feel well, also I didn’t feel like making the effort to eat.
Basically, it looks the same going out as it did when you drank it. |

I had almost nothing but whey protein for a few months once and didn’t die. Actually gained a bit of weight but this was all after a pretty bad spell where I was in a coma for a while. I couldn’t digest much of anything else at the time.

The muscle milk/lean body ones are fortified and have a lot of vitamins in there. You'd probably have some stomach distress, lose a bunch of weight and be miserable. But you could probably survive on them for quite a while.

Add to cold water, shake & chug. |

Coach Dan John did it.
He considers it a viable, though rather extreme, way to kickstart a diet or bust a plateau. Add a multi/multi, a double dose of Metamucil and use caution while exercising until you acclimate to it. Zero fun though. |

Lyle MacDonald had a diet called Protein Sparing Modified Fast (PSMF) which sounds similar to what you're taking about. The goal was to preserve muscle while rapidly losing fat in a short period of time. It was a "sprint" not a "marathon" diet.
I never did it. |

I was sick awhile back and drank nothing but protein shakes for 2-3 weeks.
I couldn't hold down any solid food and protein shakes were the only way I could get calories. Ended up with the worst constipation I've ever had. Just days and days of pain. I rarely get constipation and this was horrible. All of my shit was like grape sized rocks. Constant stomach pain, like razors in your guts. Right up there with kidney stones as one of my worst bodily experiences. |

I drink two a day. But I also eat some actual food. I pretty much have to as I can’t eat enough to max my protein intake.

Had a few pieces of pizza for lunch (cheat day) and wasn't all that hungry come dinnertime. |

2000 Calories is a lot of protrin shakes. A case of Costco shakes is about 30 bucks for 18. But they only have 160 calories each. If you did Whey Protien and whole milk that would boost caloric intake.
First you would completely clean out your colon. Second, without enough carbs, you'd likely drag ass during the day. Yes, you'd loose weight for sure. How much? Who knows. Nutra systems is a shake based diet. One for breakfast, one for lunch then a medium sized dinner. Congrats your craving food all damn day. |
