When he shoves his crotch in the guy's face it's just to invade his personal space and menace him. The struggling you hear at the end of the scene is them getting him in position to waterboard him. Sorry male on male rape fans but no rape happened.

Until now, never even crossed my mind (or anyone else I know that liked the movie for that matter) that he was raped.
