4ish inches or so here on the Front Range.
March and April are the snowiest months of the year so it makes sense. |

If you are already complaining about the snow in March, April and May are going to be rough.

...I assume because there aren't any other people (or even obviously neighbors) in that photo. Very nice.

We got 20 some odd inches the other day. Everywhere I cleaned up is bare ground already. Spring is here. It won't last long.

We have good friends, lifelong Floridians, who moved to Utah a couple years ago. After their second winter, they are asking themselves the exact same question!

I am working on the motivation to go out and shovel. So far, no luck.

I was out in a t shirt, practicing lacrosse with my kids yesterday, today I'm back in a parka and shoveling snow.

Guess that must be for Northern LP and the UP. My weather report is calling for thunderstorms/rain/wind/ high of 50 tomorrow. |

Why did proto humans leave Africa for lands unknown and oftentimes, harsh and hostile? Was it the original white flight?

Quoted: Custer county View Quote Had to google Custer county. I'd really like to see Bishop Castle. Caught a documentary about it not too long ago. Looks like a really neat place and a cool dude. Visited the sand dunes on our last trip that way. I was expecting meh, but was pretty wowed by the place. We just got back from a week in Pagosa Springs, CO. Did all the cool winter stuff, but damn am I glad to be back home, where the oxygen is plentiful, and the grass is green. CO is an incredible place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there. |

Welcome to Colorado. Now, learn to embrace and celebrate the snow! Looks like you have some good backcountry skiing opportunities in your back yard.

Quoted: I specifically bought a house with a south-facing driveway. Told my realtor it was a requirement. View Quote Some learn the hard way. I was living at 8k’ and had a side gig plowing snow. Neighbors on the N face wanted me to plow for them, told them 80 bucks. You would think I beat their puppy. They said they’ll just keep it packed down lol. Two months later they said please come plow. Hard packed, rutted ice. Nope. |

South Central CO at 7900ft checking in. Got about the same. Been disappointed with the lack of snow this season but it looks like that's changing.

Also got about 1 ft of snow last night. Southern Coloradostan.

Plot twist OP, You've got another 6 weeks of potential dumpers. The early May ones are fun, like concrete fun.

Quoted: I am working on the motivation to go out and shovel. So far, no luck. View Quote Procrastination pays off. Most of the sidewalk was melted and already drying. 5 minutes of snowplowing with the shovel and I was done. Sidewalk and driveway of the neighbor who's away can finish melting clear without my help. |
