Woman charged in death of children
She decided to "teach them a lesson", so she locked them (ages 2 and 1) in the car in 96 degree heat and went inside, sparked up some weed, mellowed out and fell asleep while the kids died an agonizing death in the hot car. Yeah, that weed is great stuff.
