That's probably not how I would have handled that situation.....

Oh and that thing that "wolve's will never attack humans and eat them"? Thats bullshit too.
Nor would I ever want to be surfing around a starving killer whale. I'd bet even a starving "Flipper" would take a fist sized chunk out of your ass. |

To me it just looked like a trapper releasing it. Pretty standard way actually.

Didn't know they could be thought to howl on command like this either. Seems friendly enough.

Wolves are yuge.
I remember the first time seeing them at a zoo. Their heads equalled or towered the height of the trainers heads. |

wolves are big. In Alaska I remember seeing a black male loner near the house that looked like a fucking horse.
coyotes don't bother me. wolves are to be respected. |

Some of you guys are scared-y cats.
Try leaving the house someday. It can be fun. |

Yeah, they are big. Don't shoot one at the bottom of a 900ft incline when you're parked up top

You made it sound like a giant, mutant wolf. I've seen German Shepherds that were about that size.

I'm pretty sure the hunting record was reset with a wolf well over 200 pounds, taken in Canada. ETA: possibly fake |

Vet wasn't concerned. Funny, he doesn't look heavy (fat). He's just big...built like an artic wolf, not a timber wolf, kinda tall and lanky. View Quote He sounds more King Shephard sized IMO, but of course you can always breed something that seriously strays from breed standards. |

Crazy how he freed him like that. No way I would do something like that unless I had a large sidearm on me and another dude spotting me.

He's a big, loveable lug. I've seen Kings and Bear doesn't look like them, but you never know. He's the biggest male GSD we've had. All total, the wife and I have raised 3 female and 3 male GSDs. |

View Quote One thing to remember is that a bullmastiff's fur lays flat. For bulk, what you see is what you get. A wolf's fur is poofy, making it look bigger than it is. But yeah, the wolf is damn tall. |

Wolves are yuge. I remember the first time seeing them at a zoo. Their heads equalled or towered the height of the trainers heads. Animals naturally shrink in time in captivity due to lots of inbreeding and a very controlled diet. You also lose a lot of the survival of the fittest aspects of pack animals in a controlled environment. |
