Well, the video didn't exactly come with an incident report or coherent narrative, beyond a truly exemplary example of journalism in making sure the viewer is aware that is was some bool-shit and everything was on camera.

Is that really the first line of dealing with a non-compliant arrestee, try boxing him? Seems like a good way to get knocked out.

I understand NYPD doesn't have tazers, but surely they have OC or something between "strong words" and "Mr. 9mm" besides getting hands-on.
