Pope Francis Wants to Cross Southern Border to Show ‘Brotherhood and Support for Immigrants’ During his return flight from the Philippines this week, Pope Francis told reporters that during his trip this year to America he would like to cross the U.S.-Mexico border as a “beautiful gesture of brotherhood and support for immigrants.” “To enter the United States from the border with Mexico would be a beautiful gesture of brotherhood and support for immigrants,” Francis said during his return flight to Rome. View Quote Yeah, illegal immigrants. |

The borders crossers are catholic. He's hoping they spread their seed and multiply here.

I was going to say something that was going to probably earn me a time out.....

I thought and looked for memes, and I got nothing. Fuck yon pope.

Good article over at the Federalist: http://thefederalist.com/2015/01/26/pope-francis-is-a-leftist-and-must-be-called-out/ |

I guess I'll go ahead and in on the first car of this train wreck.

The Catholic Church has been persecuted in Mexico and many Latin American countries. They know fighting those governments is futile. Far easier to fight the government of the United States.
|
|
This is something that I disagree with the Pope. This also could lead to another large surge of illegal immigration into the US from Mexico. It is very dangerous for the Pope to be doing this or even saying he wants to do it.
|
|
Remember how the thread got locked, and several people got warned or locked?
|
|
Believe it or not, quite a few Catholics aren't really thrilled with him, either. He's got some good points, but he's also naive and misinformed on others. He's got some health problems, so I doubt he's going to be a long term Pope.

Nothing like giving people a "divine" religious justification for their illegal actions. Anywhere else we see that going on these days? |

More and more these days, I'm not regretting my decision to turn my back on the RC church.

Feel good talk, and I personally wished he would have to climb a large wall, swim a mote and dodge any other obstacles desighned to stop illegal immigration, and possible radical combatants. If he wants to support Immigration he should show them the proper channels. The Pope is pushing to break U.S law. Another non American Citizen that doesnt have to live with the consequences.

Fuck the pope.
Fuck him and fuck obama and fuck malloy. Seriously fuck em all. I grew up roman catholic. Went to church every week went to catholic grammar and high school. My kids arent even baptized. And you know what....fuck the church. Fucking money hungry business. Thats all it is. TheN you have socialist political figure heads spouting these socialist ideas .... I dont agree. Its my freedom of speech to say what i want about it as its theirs to spew that horseshit. |

Also, it's representative of the Church's utter failure in Central America. Which is mostly due to them more or less allowing all the "liberation theology" crazies run loose down there in the church. |

And once again, I am in disagreement with this Pope.
Encouraging illegal behavior is simply wrong. |
|
If I were Catholic, I would be pretty embarrassed by this guy.
|

Maybe we would actually arrest and deport him since he OTM but I doubt it

In that respect, it is a deception. Look for salvation in the New Testament, not the traditions and political hierarchies of the Roman Catholic Church. You will find many other who are doing the same. |

does he really think by embracing leftist causes he is going to bring the secular youth to the church?
Unless his idea is to hasten the downfall of western civilization will cause people to flood back? |
|
Well, the Vatican is officially a country, right? We could send a bunch of illegals there and see how things work out with that. I mean, have you seen that place? Its nice, lots of income inequality going on, and wealth that needs to be redistributed.
|

Perhaps he could cross the border by walking across the Rio Grande? |

I love these threads.
Jesus was all about the poor and the downtrodden. The Pope sides with the poor and downtrodden. Everybody flips out. |

God, I know you have a twisted sense of humor. Please, please, put an Irish Protestant Border Patrol agent smack in Franny's path if he does this. Please?!?

He should use the wealth of The Vatican to ease their discomfort

The pope's antics are clearly aimed to sway public opinion in the Western Hemisphere. Our leaders in DC are doing the same thing. Love your servitude.
Remember again it's about the US populace giving up their hard earned standard of living while all of these leaders keep theirs. |

"If we just have women priests/support divorce/support birth control/support abortion/support homosexuality/support gay marriage/support whatever THEN the people will just start flooding in the doors!" And then when the people don't come beating down their doors it's because they just haven't embraced enough things that the secular world doesn't like about Christianity. Of course, for some reason, the RCC since the early 1900's has looked at the mainline Prots as something to emulate for some reason. I personally place a lot of the blame on the Germans. It's all "If I just do what they want then the people that don't like me will finally love me!" But they won't. And they happily ignore or even crap on the people that are actually already in the pews. |

I'm going to laugh my ass off when that fucktard appears in the papal Che t-shirt

View Quote When the woman anointed Him, his disciples thought it was a waste as the balm could have been sold and the proceeds given to the poor. He didn't mind being pampered as he knew life as a human was short. The pope knows fighting the root cause is suicide, that root cause is the governments of Latin American countries. Plus he is a communist that thinks the United States has stolen weath from Latin America.
