Looks like a fantastic day -- not much better than a good day fishing with friends and some nice fresh fish afterwards.

Trust me when I tell you that a Ballyhood Wahoo Whacko in flying fish blue color may be the best mahi trolling lure ever.

Extremely jealous. Had the chance to go fishing when I went to Cozumel and caught a Marlin. One of my best memories.

Nope It was a minor abrasion not a hole. I didn't catch that fish either.

Nice catch OP. Love to get after the Yellowfin, they are hard fighters and good eating.  How far out from Freeport did you go?

Awesome. Can I ask what a charter like that costs? I'm heading to tx soon.

10 fishermen, $560.00 each + tip. Or if you are rich $5600.00 for just you.

It is a 36 hour trip. They do 12 hour trips for $220.00 tip included but you most likely won't catch any yft.

ETA: Captains Josh and Mike along with the deckhands work as hard as any I have ever seen to get you on the fish.
Bluefin Charters Freeport Texas. Just google it.

Threads like this make me and the wife want to sell the ranch and move to the coast.
We just bought a Yeti.

All we need now is a boat and a salt life sticker.

LOL @ SaltLife. I live in Childress, it's a long way to the coast for me. 9 hour drive from Childress to Freeport if I haul ass.
