The last figures I have are several years old, and came from a Wall Street Journal article.
So, they were the old Anheuser Busch days, but I doubt that anything has changed since Inbev took over. In the early 80s BUD started cutting their use of hops. They got to the point that they were making about 3 times as much beer with only a half of the hops. This is supposed to improve drinkability, but it has the opposite effect on me. Mostly I drink Sierra Nevada Torpedo IPA these days. I can taste the hops. 
But, if you like Budweiser, just drink it. Don't worry about what other people think is cool. |

Bud Lime is a good beer to get drunk on the cheap with. It's not super heavy on the tannins, so there isn't much of a headache either.

honestly, I never cared for bud, bud light, miller, or any of the other commercial brews...
