He stated he would shoot someone posing a lethal threat to uniformed LEOs. He is right and will win a big payout as the dept violated their own policies by punitively transferring him without due process. They then did it to his supervisor who pointed out the improper actions.
This is a politician in uniform at the top who is about to get schooled in court. |

When I was on mountain with the CAV in Afghanistan, the running rule was "Don't post anything (pictures, stories, crap) to Facebook until after you get back home". We did not want our enemies to use anything against us. That being said, for a guy in SWAT, in LE during and connected to the bundy confrontation, you need a cool down period before you hit the social media and potentially compromise yourself or others. It is a weird feeling, when in this comparison, the American People are now the "Enemy" of LE.
