He's landscaping it now.

Construction comes first, because all landscaping gets trampled in the process.

I have no pics but at my parents house one weekend I built two sets of stairs out of landscaping stones without any experience, my dad was so proud he brings his friends over just to show them.

Didn't make it all myself, but It was great being part of the crew. These pics are from the foundry. Months
of welding and grinding stainless steel. We had a Korean War vet on the crew.
He engraved his name and serial number inside one.

Not a bad guess.  It's actually the '74 Nova in my avatar.

The 68-74 Novas used the same subframe as the 67-69 Camaro.

Look under the porch, by the canoe. There's a post visible and another out of the picture.

From there to the concrete entry we used 2" steel joists.

eta: the framing actually extends under the rocks. The end of the decking makes it look like it's floating.

Pretty much everything in there that is not factory I made.

Did body/paint/interior/engine bay and damn near everything else on a friends 72tii,    never again will I work on somebodies car for cash.  Was supposed to be a be a body/paint for 3500,  he asked for all the other stuff and said he'd pay extra.   Yep, bay, interior, 5 speed swap,  stereo, suspension.   He thought an extra 500 was generous.   I told him take that POS home and I never want to see it or you again.
