the wife likes it...
I walked in on a carpet munching scene and have seen a few titts.... those were the only redeeming qualities i was aware of at the time. |

I'm just starting season 2. It's a decent enough show. We were looking to find a series after breaking bad and house of cards.

I haven't watched tv in years and my wife asked if i wanted to watch something with her. I found it funny, but i really have nothing to compare it to since I don't watch tv or movies. |

Wife and I enjoyed it. Could have had less vulgarity and nude scenes. But we enjoyed the show.

I like it. The performances are fantastic. There's no "action;" it's all character study, which is why many men don't like it...but for them there are girl on girl scenes, so....

its like oz except most the sex is consentual and there isn't a murder every episode -- and instead of making all the prisoners look like pieces of shit in their bio scenes it shows how they're all good people and only in prison because the system failed them.
its not a bad show really, its one of the few shows my wife makes me watch that im not completely opposed to |

The main character is such an amazingly vapid, self absorbed cunt I get irritated any time she's on the screen now lol. That being said I love watching the back stories on all the other characters in the show. They're way more interesting then Piper.

It's not an "action" show it's all about character study and power struggles and I find it a lot more interesting in the 2nd season than the first because of added characters and subtle developments. I don't know if I would like it if I had to wait a week between episodes because it doesn't hold my attention as well as Breaking Bad did or Homeland or something serious but it's not a bad show.
