It was a fast shutter, so I have absolutely no idea why the water turned to milk in the shot, but awesome none the less. The mallard is awesome even though it was a 300mm from about 7 feet

All in all, other than the faint CA the lens does pretty good even running wide open. Now I just need to save up and get a 2.8f telephoto If only it weren't $55 to rent the 300mm 2.8 for an afternoon.
