I've just gotten some wolf extra power mag springs for my paraord lda 14.45.  These have a few more coils than factory so you can adjust.  I realized i don't really know how to adjust these.  Since i'll be working with live rounds (don't have 14 snap caps) i'd just as soon do this as quickly and easily as possible.  Can anyone give me advice or links?
