Would JD Machine Tech count? They make the lowers for Spikes and Noveske and also sell complete rifles.

There are quite a few on there that don't build guns. They may have made some lowers, or had their info stamped on some lowers, but they don't sell them on a normal bases.

I took a tour of their factory a couple weeks ago on was told and saw the Spikes lowers and Noveske upper and lowers being made. Great tour! They made me a couple custom lowers. |

I always thought it would be cool to collect all the manufactures of lower receivers and display them but at 142 I don't think that will happen any time soon.
