So far "twilight" with Paul Newman is pretty interesting. No, it's not the dumb vampire movie.

Up next on my list is "dark blue" with Kurt Russell.

BTT in order to say that "Dark blue" was a really enjoyable film despite the fact it didn't seem that realistic.

"Twilight" on the other hand was phenomenal. I mean that is film noir to the max, realistic & perfect. I'm not just saying that because there is gratuitous nudity either.

'Road House' is, without a doubt, the best bad movie of all time. Whenever I'm channel surfing and come across it I almost always end up watching the whole thing even though I own it on blu ray.

I know it's been mentioned before, but if you're looking for a good laugh you should give "Tucker & Dale vs Evil" a look.

In addition to being one of the funniest movies I've seen in the past five years, this is the female lead:

For those with kids, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is on. One of my daughter's favs.

Also been enjoying One Step Beyond. It's the same era as Twilight Zone and is somewhat of a knock off, but quite a bit darker and supposedly based on real events. Supernatural stuff. The first 2 episodes were pretty good. Same over acted, over dramatized style of the TZ.

Along Came Polly - I'm so-so on Ben Stiller depending on the movie, but really enjoyed this one.  Plus you can't go wrong with Jennifer Aniston.

Dark Blue - Kurt Russel in a great cop flick.  Written by David Ayer who's been involed with Training Day, Harsh Times, End of Watch, etc.

Personally I don't think Ben Stiller is very funny, but Alec Baldwin was hilarious in that movie. Philip Seymour Hoffman had some pretty funny scenes as well.

Hate Alec Baldwin for his politics but he's a great actor.  He was hilarious in that movie and another memorable one was Glengarry Glen Ross.

Based on Netflix history, probably a month or 2.  Lately they have a trend of getting last season of a show just before the next season starts in the fall, but seems like they were late this year with other FX shows.  So maybe it's a network issue and not a netflix one.

The Man with One Red Shoe -- back in the days when Tom Hanks did comedy.  James Belushi, Jamie Lee Curtis.  Haven't seen it in ages; it holds up really well.  Super funny and there's a blonde the rocks a dress that will have you frantically searching for the rewind button.  Worth the watch.

Arrested Development -- Takes 2 episodes to get into it.  The recurring jokes make the series.  Great banter and very cleverly crafted.  Season 4 (the new netflix reboot) works the same way--takes 2 episodes to set up the running jokes.  There's always money in the banana stand.

The first three seasons was some of the funniest television I've ever seen.

"South Park" as well.  That was one of my main "can't find anything to watch so I'll just watch this again" tv shows/movies.

For just $8 a month netflix is still an great value, but after you've been using it for a few years the number of quality tv shows and movies left to watch isn't exactly overwhelming.
