So what? The few companies that havent already taken it upon themselves to not do business with California because of their stupid ass laws will now be banned from doing so?
In other news...water is wet. |
|
Sweet surplus ammo for the rest of us. Great day to be a Virginian.

But we have such beautiful weather and scenery, the tyranny is worth it!

Awesome! This will really cut down on all the gangs mail ordering ammo.............................
|
|
Oh the noes, you can't mail order ammo, its not like you couldn't mail order ammo before 1964 and had to give a thumb print, Oh wait....

In before the calls to boycott J&G cause they won't sell ammo to CA residents.
|
|
Quoted: Quoted: black market? no, drive to NV LOL, it'll be like here with booze. You have to drive to the county line and buy your beer. There will be drive-thru ammo barns at the NV state line. f'n tards. |
|
Quoted: In before the calls to boycott J&G cause they won't sell ammo to CA residents. Not just J&G. No ammo dealers will be able to sell handgun ammo into CA. State law, not J&G policy. |

I was just being a smart ass. Still, in before the calls to boycott the ammo manufacturers that won't 'work' with California. |
|
Huh, and here I thought it had already come into effect. Time to spend a few grand.
|
|
This shit would get fixed real quick if every ammo manufacturer out there refused to sell to CA LE and government until the law was repealed.

I'm less than an hour from the California border.
It's gonna be great... every local shop raising prices and selling all their stock to the locusts swarming across the border every weekend |

Is it illegal to buy/sell thumbs on ebay? You send me the container and the dry ice to keep it fresh and I will send you the Iraqi thumb GET YOUR PREBAN THUMBS! |

The manufacturers should refuse to sell to law enforcement agencies in California. Let the police arm themselves with slingshots.
|
|
I saw that. There have been a couple of threads on here about the voting on it.

Dumb hypothetical question. Lets say I run an ammo mail order business in Colorado. I have ZERO physical presence in the PRK. If my company ignores PRK law and continues to ship ammo there, what can the PRK do to me? Its not like my company has broken any federal or Colorado law in shipping ammo ? |

Glad I GTFO 5 years ago––-FUCK kali........ FUCK the PRK. I gained my freedom in Oct of 2003, and never looked back |

Yeah, and then they would pass a law forcing the manufacturers to sell to LE and government. The answer to everything is legislation for these people. Government sales are usually done by contract (low bid, and all that stuff). You can't force companies to bid on an RFP. |

Working hard to get myself and family out of Kalifornia, looking into starting a firearm technology research business in either AZ, NV, or TX, and hopefully the funding will come thru before the end of the year.
Sick and tired of the tax and spend state, 10% state income tax, $300+ licensing fee for a 5 year old pick up truck...etc, illegals and gangs running amock. |

I heard that this law was backed by local gun shops. That way they could keep thier prices high.

That is hilarious, now if only Kalifornia would break off of our continent and float away.

If they didn't "like" these laws, they would elect different people. The bottom line: The majority of California voters support these laws. Look up "gerrymandering". There are massive swaths of uncompetitive districts in California, especially in the large population centers. Just because somebody wins an election doesn't mean they have the support of the people. It only means they gamed the system the best, and all that takes is money and other people with power helping you out. |

Sooo, when is that state supposed to break away? fucking soon I hope those hopless fuckers cant do shit right |

I predict alot of California license plates in Vegas gun store parking lots.

So what about 22lr?
What about the fact a T/C contender can be chambered for just about any rifle ammo? |
