He'll go sun up to sun down without eating. (fasting) There shouldn't be any impact to the work day. My former boss was muslim and I never saw a change in his work day.

Meh, worked with a guy that fasted during it and he just got a little goofy in the afternoon probably low blood sugar or something. No worries.

I have about a dozen Muslim employees back on my main office. None of them seem to do a worse job because of fasting and the feast when it's over is fantastic.
