Hahahah, it's cute there are people out there who still think she's going to be indicted.
|

I bet Comey only asked one question: "How's your grandchildren?"

FPNI.
all that meeting was, was Hillary telling those interviewers she's going to promote them if this whole thing disappeared. |
|
3 1/2 whole hours?
The typical murder suspect will be interrogated quite extensively, maybe even 24 hours straight. Little difference between her and any other psychopath. |
|
... Story may have had some credibility if it ended, "She was handcuffed and taken into custody"
|

Summary of the interview:
2.5 hours - FBI asking questions 1.0 hours - Hillary's lawyers saying: "don't answer that" 0.0 hours - Hillary answering questions |

Usually, the target of an investigation is the last person to be interviewed. The purpose of the interview at that point is either:
1. the nature of the questions lets the target know how far the FBI has followed them down the rabbit-hole, thus helping the target decide whether or not to plead guilty once an indictment comes. Or, 2. give the target enough rope with which to hang herself. Remember, Nixon didn't leave office because of the Watergate burglary; it was the ensuing cover-up attempt that hung him. And Martha Stewart was not convicted of securities fraud; instead, she was convicted of conspiracy, obstruction of an agency proceeding, and making false statements to federal investigators. As someone else commented in another thread, 3.5 hours is not a long interrogation, but it probably felt much longer to Hillary. |

It's a shame how obviously guilty she is. Server was set up and used for more than just her personal stuff.
It's a shame that she gets away with criminal stuff and the American people can't see the poor judgement she used and still want her as president |

Let's wait and see what the FBI does. Comey has a reputation as a straight shooter, and he does not owe his allegiance to the Democrat Party. |

"The Clinton Foundation / my family / whatever is unrelated to this email issue..." |

She's in the clear now. I'm thinking what she really could have gone down for was the Foundation. Which has been covered up for now.

I hope she remembered Martha Stewart.
lying to a federal investigator is a crime. Martha found out the hard way. |

It's about the Clintons' international criminal activity facilitated by their "Foundation." The server bullshit blew the whole thing wide open. There have been several books written about how the Clintons got rich by using their power and influence around the world in return for donations and speaking fees but Hillary's attempt at secrecy, using a private server, is what finally gave the FBI enough evidence to do something about it. |

The spin from her campaign has begun.
"Secretary Clinton gave a voluntary interview this morning about her email arrangements while she was Secretary," spokesman Nick Merrill said. "She is pleased to have had the opportunity to assist the Department of Justice in bringing this review to a conclusion. Out of respect for the investigative process, she will not comment further on her interview." http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/hillary-clinton-voluntary-interview-fbi-emails-campaign/story?id=40301595 Translation: she's didn't answer anything but "email arrangement" questions. |

I want to see her perp-walked so bad... But like I've posted before, she could eat a live human baby on prime-time TV and get away with it. |

I bet Comey only asked one question: "How's your grandchildren?" Winner At this point, it would have the same effect as John Gotti asking a rival, "Nice family you got there; would be a shame if anything happened to it." |

Nothing will happen. The fix is in. The director of the FBI works for the president. The attorney general works for the president. If anyone does anything they will get fired. If anyone does anything the president will pardon her.
Nothing will happen. |

[clinton] I will kill your whole family or you can take this suitcase full of money, it's up to you. [\clinton].

IF (big if) she was indicted, what would the mechanics of the upcoming election be?
She allowed to continue her run (innocent until proven guilty and all that)? Does the DNC choose a different candidate? Is Sanders the nominee by default? And now for the tinfoil... Could elections be suspended pending the outcome of the indictment and subsequent trial, leaving Obama in power until this is settled? |

View Quote I don't think the DNC is going to nominate a candidate that's under indictment. Especially for violating state security laws. Who they'd nominate? Your guess is as good as mine there.

Why pray tell would she be indicted, the law does not apply to her, so how is possible for her to have broken it?
|

Nothing will happen. 5 years from now nobody will even remember this. Well, except for us

3 1/2 hours to negotiate positions in her administration? Who got the plum Embassy positions? Senior LEO at the US Embassy in Vanuatu would be really cool for somebody into diving.
