Cause every rich soccer mom out there buys it to haul around their crotch fruit. Thus making the price go up.
|
|
Because people buy them at that price...
Is it worth that to me? Nope! |
|
Electric sway bar disconnect
Axles 4.10 gears (upgrade) Or buy a sport and do the work yourself for less. |

In 2010 I bought a new Wrangler Unlimited Sport (4WD, stick shift, air, manual windows & locks) for $25,000

You know that FCA US, LLC makes over $10,000 profit on each Jeep, right?

Because jeeps, like trucks, are now a fashion statement for hipsters and soccer moms.

I'll sell you an'07 2 door hard top.
We bought a 4 door Rubicon last year and love it. |

Quoted: Sway bar disconnects, electric lockers, dana 44's, 4/1 low range transfer case, and different ring and pinion. yeah sure, just an easy cheap swap. And then dealers know people will buy the Rubi b/c....Rubi! and load it up with all the options they can. I ordered mine. JKUR...literally no options but the Rubi package, 6 speed, soft top. Done. If you want a good all around package, OP, look at the Willys as well. Good offroad package for the price if you can get past the front black oplique. Also look at ordering if the window for that hasn't closed yet and you've got 6-8 weeks to kill. |

However a base sport 2 door is around 24k sticker price. Might be an easier pill to swallow and gives you a blank canvas of sorts to build how you'd like. |

4/1 xfer case, 4.10 gear option, Dana 44 up front and back, electronic lockers front and back, electronic sway bar disconnect, steel front skid plate and the kicker FACTORY WARRANTY with all the stuff mentioned.
They are very capable vehicles. |

Quoted: Yup. And if people would stop paying $40k+ for the Jeeps, the price would come down. Hard to blame them for charging what the market will bear, however. Only Jeep owners buy a 60K vehicle for the purpose of destroying.

I bought a 2013 Rubi.
Love it. Wish I had bought a Jeep YEARS ago. |

Buy a TJ or YJ, Ive never seen so many poser strokes wannabe off road douchebags driving these POS. Oversized shitboxes with a real douche community of drivers in those JKs. The typical driver has some poser black off road looking rims and a cheap ass suspension, maybe even a winch hats brand new and never used to complete the look of total pussified dick smoker. These people make me sick, dice their balls off. View Quote You just need to say what you really mean |
